Withdrawal and Refunds
As a not for profit organization that runs on a very tight budget we must charge the following service charges for refunds and withdrawals.
A full refund, less a $30.00 administration fee, will be given to any Junior or Juvenile player who withdraws from Calgary West Basketball prior to September 15, and to any Tyke, Mini, Bantam, or Midget player who withdraws prior to September 30.
No refunds will be given for any withdrawal made after these dates, however extenuating circumstances may be considered by the Calgary West Basketball Executive.
If you require a refund, please send an email with the players name and age and reason for withdrawal to at registrar@calgarywestbasketball.com and Darren Driscoll at dsdriscoll@shaw.ca. Refunds, less the withdrawal fee, will be sent as soon as the players uniform has been returned to the equipment coordinator.
